Evergreen forest ecosystems
Leaving the sunny sands to go north, you will encounter vast evergreen forests covering the mountainsides. The primeval forest canopy holds the soil, regulates the flow after rain and is the common roof of all species; that great value far exceeds what we can pass in a short trip.

Check current conditions
Experiencing the green forest, choose official trekking routes, accompany local guides and always inform your loved ones of the schedule. Equip good shoes, bring enough drinking water and take the initiative to return if the weather suddenly turns bad. A trail on the map application is not necessarily a safe route or licensed to visit.
Things that are easy to miss
National forests are not a space for free off-road driving, spontaneous camping or crossing through conservation zones. Many areas are strictly protected for nature to recover. Just by walking on the trails allowed, you can fully feel the breath of the old forest without inadvertently putting pressure on all species.
When going out
- Contact the management unit to update the list of open forest routes and ask for a guide.
- Do not pick flowers and break branches, do not hunt, do not light fires and keep maximum quiet in the forest.
- Always bring all waste back out; do not use pulled speakers or loudspeakers.
- Note the risk of forest fires in the dry season and the risk of landslides in the rainy season.
