Airport transfers
A pre-arranged airport transfer can be especially useful for late arrivals, larger groups or travellers with substantial luggage. Confirm the price, vehicle type and meeting point in advance; if you are using a hotel shuttle, also check its timetable and boarding conditions.

How to prepare?
First ask whether your accommodation provides an airport transfer, then choose a vehicle based on the number of passengers, luggage and arrival time. If you need a child seat or extra luggage space, request it when booking. Give the driver your flight number, agree on the meeting point and contact method, and update the provider promptly if the flight is delayed or rescheduled.
Situations to keep in mind
“Airport transfer” does not always mean a private car. It may be a shared vehicle or a hotel shuttle running to a fixed timetable. Price and waiting time vary with distance, arrival time and group size, so booking ahead is not automatically cheaper than taking a taxi or ride-hailing car on arrival.
Before you go
- Provide the correct flight number and full accommodation address.
- State the passenger count, luggage volume and any child-seat requirement.
- Confirm the total price, possible waiting time and exact airport meeting point.
- If the flight schedule changes, update the transfer provider immediately.
