Emergency numbers & practical help

No one expects to have an accident, but if you miss an accident or fire, it is extremely important to calmly call the right number and accurately locate where you are standing. The 112 lnumber is a general rescue switchboard, but specialized numbers such as 113, 114, 115 are still the direct lifesavers you have to take to heart.

How to prepare?

When the phone is connected, the first sentence you say must be the current location or the nearest identification marker, then quickly describe the incident, the number of the victim and leave the contact phone number. While floating at sea and encountering an accident, try to read aloud the name of the ship, the name of the tour, the departure station and the current location. Remember to always hold the phone firmly to wait for people to guide you to the next step.

Situations to keep in mind

The 112 number will pick up and switch to 113, 114 or 115 depending on the situation. But remember, losing your luggage, changing your plane ticket or getting stuck in a schedule isn't an "emergency", call the airline or airport to deal with it. Calling the wrong place only delays people who really need to save their lives.

Immediately save the set of numbers 112, 113, 114, 115 to your contacts or standby screen.
